Sony IBIS does not work nearly as well with 3rd party lenses. Sigma and Tamron are OK, but Samyang is the worst. The best vlogging lens with the A7C ii is the Sony 11mm. Even though it's APS-C, it still works great. The A7C ii oversamples even in APS-C mode so the video quality will be awesome. I liked my A7C ii so much that I ended up buying a second one. I hate changing lenses so it's easier for me to simply buy a second body and mount whichever lens works best that day. I just got back from a vacation with the family and the A7C ii was the perfect camera for nearly everything. PRO TIP: Configure your A7C ii to "Flexible Exposure Mode". I have a video on my channel about shooting hybrid that shows how to set it up if you get lost. It basically disables the top PSAM dial when switching from stills to video - which makes sense because the settings are very different between the two.

The ZVE1 is better with dynamic stab, Maybe I will do a direct comparison if you want to see that. and YES! You are absolutely correct Sony stab is not good honestly. Honestly for the price, If your not already in the Sony system and you only need the basic 16, 35, 50 and 85 primes I would go with the R8! If you need a nice 2.8 zoom lens than I would go with Sony as the lens options on that mount are the best by far!
