Sony A7RV Wildlife Review! 

I picked the Sony A7R V up for the wildlife photography here in Alaska and love it and got the Sony 70-200mm 2.8 ii with it and the got the Sony 200-600mm lens and also got the 1.4 and the 2x converters for it and then got the Viltrox 16mm 1.8 for the northern lights here in Alaska

My first Sony Camera was the 42 megapixels Sony A7RIII, that I switched to Sony A7RIV and later also got a Sony A7RIVA, now I have Switched the Sony A7RIV to the Sony A7RV. I really like the new EVF and the new IBIS, I also like the new Bird and Animal eye detections. Sony Cameras are very easy to use when you have customized your own menu and buttons, I really like the fn settings a lot. I can very highly recommend the Sony A7RV, I can also recommend the Sony A7RIIIA and the Sony A7RIVA.

You have some solid points, I love the body and ergonomics. I think it is a very good alternative for wildlife, my only negative is the low FPS. In wildlife you rarely have good time, so it would have been nice with a bit more than 10 FPS. But this is not a huge problem. Otherwise this camera is an absolute beast!

I'm testing an ilce 7AR4 now. I am currently still A-MOUNT A77M2 and A99M2. I am impressed with AR4 but for $500 US more I prefer AR5 especially for extra subject recognition. However, drawback for me is the really complicated or should I say enormously overwhelming menus is very difficult for me on the AR4. So I can imagine how much more there is on AR4. I can’t even figure out how to use the touch screen.

Does the A7R5 have electronic shutter shooting for stills ? if yes, how fast is it?

a7iv and a7r5 image quality same?

You rent this camera or did Sony send it to you?
