Spider-man was supposed to make an appearance in Madame Web and now according to rumors and leaks, Sony has removed Spider-man from their all new Marvel movie: Madame Web. Andrew Garfield was originally supposed to reprise his role as the web slinger in this movie until Sony shifted away from that idea and wanted Tom Holland to play Spider-man in Madame Web.

Another thing to note that I forgot to add to the video! Sony also realized that since Madame Web takes place in 2003 the continuity would not make sense with the ideas they had in place. Anyways I am away from home so today's video is a little different in the format since I could not record in the studio. Sorry if the quality suffered!

I feel like Sony just realise there is no point of making these movies because they have not made any money out of these movies I guess Sony thought that Spider-Man is so popular that they can make endless movies year after year with the Spider-Man characters and people will still watch them you know what they say don't make the same mistake twice

If it’s set in the early 2000’s then it could have been set in the Raimi-Verse to then connect it with a Spiderman 4 movie, with Tobey Maguire, but it appears that it’ll be its own thing. Either way, shall watch as I like the concept of separate projects.
