Been having an error code for 2 weeks and finally decided to call Sony for repair today. Getting a box to ship it in within 3-5 days. Wish me luck and hopefully everything will be resolved!
@@niya4024 Sent my ps5 in for repair on September 28th, they received my ps5 on October first and I have not gotten any update what so ever. The Sony repair status has been the same. Just says received.
did they receive your ps5 in the beginning of the week or the end? because I’m trying to see because they received mine on a Friday but I haven’t had any updates I was thinking maybe because they don’t work on weekends idk

Sony received my system a few hours ago and I still haven’t gotten an email saying they are shipping me a new one. How long exactly did it take from when they received it until they ship you another one?

Hey yo please my playstation 5 has a disc drive issue and I want to send it back to Sony what necessary steps do you think I should take please also I watched in your other video were you sent it saying Sony sent you a box, did you have to wait for them to send you a box first or you can still send it regardless? thanks
Mine is currently being sent back by fed ex eaither ton or weekend Fingers crossed heavily it works just going to ps5 back to ps4 pro is ok but still ehhhhhhh
@@arlandow Ahh, i hate their router . And i really dislike how you need to use their app and can't use a computer to input port forwarding. And once you do it through the app you have to manually open port by port; there is no range.
The guy who got your scratch system will not get a scratch system. They will replaced any scratch issue because they do a quality inspection before they send it back out. Plastics are cheap. Would not want a customer complaining about a scratch and having that customer to send it back is not really cost effective on shipping.

I got 2 emails from playstation, one is telling im going to get a box and instructions on what and it's called Repair Information and the other is called consumer services and it only gives me a case number
bought mine last month & about 2-3 days ago i’ve been getting artifacting/graphical issues for almost every game so i called sony to mail my console in but i’m kinda pissed off everyone else i know with a ps5 never has this issue
I have to send my son's back. Nothing but errors and crashes. So basically as soon as Sony got the shipping confirmation from FedEx sony shipped your new one? Similar to what Amazon does for returns. Id return an item and within a day I get my refund.

@@arlandow day 1 consoles should be perfect. And fully built. None of this ssd slot not being activated No VRR. Its a half baked mess. So glad I switched to xbox this gen. Might not have the brand new games yet but the console is built solid and has way more features

Unfortunately I had to take mine to the shop cause it wont stay on if the shop cant fix it I guess playstation will be getting an paying them 210 on top of the 600 I paid for it smh

It doesn’t make any noise bro .. at least not while I’m on the couch i can’t hear it .. up close u can hear a small fan but that’s it .. should be quiet in your house
my ps5 says it arrived at the place in texas about 3 hours ago but my case number says they haven’t received it. Does it take a while until they change the status?

Here my sad story came home July 25 never turn on had to wait the next day to call received the box on aug 2 after I received I sent it back the same day ps didn’t receive it til aug 6 and finally today august 25 my Ps5 is coming the process as a whole sux customer service is the worst
@@arlandow There's actually vents at bottom my friend 💀 I put it horizontally bc of that rumors that liquid stuff And yk And it gets hot at bottom And It does matter since When I looked from bottom (vertically) It had gap between stand and Ps 5 so Bottop vents could breath
@@Mistdragoon you’re wrong lmao .. the ps5 has a blower fan for the top sides and the back of the ps5 lmao … no air comes out the bottom no matter how hot yours was getting lol mine doesn’t even run hot at the bottom because i clean it all the time. Maybe you should do the same .. and I’ve never used the stand
