Thanks for your video. I got the Sony XB30 and I would like to know if you can get it and disassembled it and connect it without the battery and confirm us if you will able to turn it on after connecting the charger. Or it´s necessary to have the battery to power the device?

Is it possible to remove the rear grill? I tried applying some heat but it didnt seem to work.

Can you put the metal speaker guard back after removing it? for example to clean the inside?

Good video. I wonder why does the battery have 7 cables. It's supposed it must have only the positive and the negative to turn the device on. What are the other ones for?

dear rip a part guy I want to remove only the back grill of my sony srs-xb2 for cleaning purpose. Is it simple or complicated? I don't want to break it. please help.

i think im gonna do a teardown of my scuffed up green model and spray paint it black. also i need a new rubber seal for the ports. does anybdy know where i can get one?
