I found this TV easy to assemble (2 x legs) and connect up to hdmi and aerial inputs.
This TV comes with Chromecast built in so there was no need for me to connect my old Chromecast.
On initial power up the unit goes into setup mode. As this is an android TV I was able to quickly connect to my Google account using my phone. This allowed me to quickly access the play store and download apps.
Once the TV channels we're setup I was able to view the hd channels and the images were crystal clear, really good quality. I was especially impressed with how good the sound quality was, even when the volume was turned up loud there was no distortion.
The remote control had a record button which isn't available to use it of the box. I discovered that if you insert a usb memory stick in the rear usb slot and setup as external storage, the record function is available. You can also pause and rewind TV too. You can only record the channel you are watching, if you change channel it will stop recording though and you can't say a record for a future program on the guide like on a PVR. It did appear to keep recording if the TV is turned off though.
Many apps come preinstalled such as Netflix,Spotify etc which all worked well.
There is WiFi to connect to the network and Bluetooth to connect the remove and headphones.
One of the best features is the mic button on the remote which opens the Google assistant and allows you to request apps to be opened, or select a TV channel if you don't know the number. See my video for more features.
The TV bezel is very small making this a very compact unit as well as being very light.
I was impressed with all features and could find no faults, it's a fantastic smart television.
