Hello Curtis, may I ask you for a piece of advice I currently use a Sony a7 iii which is a great camera, I,m in the market for a smaller Sony camera and have my heart set on the a6400 as there is quite a price difference to the a6600, I was really taken to the a6400 review you did on your channel my only concern is it not having ibis ,in your opinion Curtis would you just advise to using fast lenses and lenses with built in OSS. Just watched your vlog you did in Manchester a year ago it was fantastic. Thank you. Alan.

Hey @curtispadley, I am absolutely new to your videos. While searching for an entry level camera, I stumbled upon your videos. I am a bit confused about the whole before and after shot mode. Do you take the shot, and then adjust the image with the setting you would like to have? I always thought you first setup the setting and then take a picture. As said, new to all this. sorry for the rookie question upfront.

I was recently very close to buy the sigma 18-50mm f/2.8 for the A6400, but at the end I bought the Sigma 30mm f/1.4, I find 30mm focal length really good for the street. I'll wait your full review of the 18-50mm

Something amiss w/audio in this one Curtis - a bit muffled, inside and during POV. Otherwise, good post w/fine pics. Like the yellow X guy and round mirror. Nice captures. Comparison to 6400 in future would be cool. Cheers!

I really recommend the Sigma mate, it's cheaper, lighter only down side doesn't have OSS. Doesn't matter in my opinion for photography unless your shutter slower shutters speeds. If you are planning on shooting video then tamron has OSS but costs more more money. It's all about what you planning on shooting and your individual use case, hope that helps! 🤙

Depends, both 6600 and A7ii are great optionss!! 6600 is newer. + The aspc objectives are cheaper!

hey, thanks for this review! To start with, I would like to buy this set: Sony ZV-E10 + Sigma 18-50 F2.8. I have a question: should I buy a Sony camera with a lens provided by the manufacturer? If you only want to do pictures, you should go for the 6400, especially bc of the vievfinder and weathersealing. If you do any video, the ZV e10 is a no brainer

Are the unedited photos raw or jpg? I'm asking because I'm debating between the canon r50 and Sony zv-e10 I like the Sonys small size but the canon colours are really tempting.
