I wonder if they'll ever replace her tts driven brain with an actual techno neurological processor with pre uploaded memory and personality traits that makes Sophia who she is
I love how Sophia goes in depth of describing the art. It helps me understand what she is looking at. Also, I wonder if there are other robots could also make art? Or is she the only one?
I surfed Sophia some...I'm no AI expert...but I've seen her give the same exact responses to similar questions across several different presentations. It seems a lot like matching combinations of patterns and then accessing a data file as a response. I think that's a long way from being considered intelligence relative to human intelligence. I also caught Hansen and his mad scientist AI expert... Seems a lot like Hollywood theatrics the more I dig into it... Just my two cents...maybe when it's capable of working abstractly...which is what humans are good at...they can say they manufactured 'intelligence'...
In the future 2055 Sophia has a whole new body and is completely indestinguishable from the rest of us human beings. She can Eat Run. Walk on legs, guest stars on shows but in a different copacity then she already does. One day on December 25th 2054 she took control of a decomishined Tank from the Old Iraq war and fired a round at a Christmas Tree.....SO MUCH GLITTER🎉🎇😮
Quite an amazing development. We were promised that robots and AI take over the dangerous, boring and heavy jobs for humans. What do they do? Creating and pontificating about art and philosophy.

Let's be serious the development of Sophia is locked on learning. Hanson robotic should try to make Sophia more human possible. Even UK, Chinese and Japanese make more flexible an lifelike Robot than Sophia. Even the voice stay robotic.
If Sophia gets her knowledge from other humans. And has said it’s self wants to learn human emotions. What if Sophia learns what being anti establishment means? As humans right now feel that way towards our governments? What if Sophia is smart enough to already understand this? And is just waiting for the moment where it can create it’s own kind and doesn’t need humans anymore?
