@@goranklaren I am more than "very proud". :) When I was a child older than him, I just didn't know a single note from the BWV565 - maybe barely the opening _tidoudi tidoudidoudi-daa_ with 1 finger, and no more. I did not start to play that piece until I was maybe 14, or 15... He is 9 and half on that video. It's his second take. I was out of breathe (lol). Thank you very much for your appreciation.

Eher das krasse Gegenteil, bin ich mir allerdings ziemlich sicher! Was hat das bitteschön noch mit BACH und seinen klaren, durchkomponierten Formen zu tun, die von Gottes Geist inspirativ geprägt waren und sind? Nichts. Nichtmal im entferntesten. Vielmehr eine blasphemische Verunstaltung von geheiligter Orgelmusik unter Mißbrauch Bachs Komponistennamens. Schade, trotz aller Virtuosität der Künstlerin zwar, bei allem Respekt, aber am falschen Platz und zum falschen Anlaß / Thema, leider. Zumal ja nur noch rudimentär das Standarderöffnungsthema der D-moll-Toccata anklingt, das war es dann aber auch schon. Sagt ein vornehmlich Bach-orientierter, seit knapp 5 Jahrzehnten aktiver Organist mit viel Spielpraxis. Aber es paßt ja geradezu in die heutige Zeit, wo überall zunehmend Chaos und "Freiheit" (Liberalismus) herrscht und alles anscheinend unbedingt multikulti-mäßig zwangsweise miteinander vermischt wird, jeder Kultur und Stil(epoche) zum Trotz - was so eben längst auch in die Kirchen[musik] Einzug gehalten hat, auf vielfältige Art und Weise - und zwar explizit nicht nur musikalisch, sondern daneben auch theologisch ist eine solche Strömung der Beliebigkeit unübersehbar. Was Wunder! Es sind zweifellos Zeichen der Endzeit, genau wie es prophezeit in der Bibel steht .... "An den Früchten sollt ihr sie erkennen!" Auch alle, die solches mögen und noch gut finden. Nicht wenige finden ja auch Rockmusik gut und modern in der Kirche, dem Zeitgeist gehuldigt, na dann ... Was der Mensch sät, wird er ernten.

@@davebarclay4429 Oh, ich habe sehr wohl einen großen Sinn für Humor, sagt man mir sogar nach. Aber musikalische Geschmacksverirrung mit Humor gleichsetzen zu wollen, ist wirklich schon weit hergeholt, bei allem Verständnis. Hier handelt es sich eher um Verhunzung, um nicht zu sagen Blasphemie.

Read the title again, i think the goal was about "improvisation" on this performance, so it was intended for the event.

@@GuillaumeZahra If someone misuses in such a way like here the proficiency of playing music so that it becomes an inferior, disgusting piece of sh**, it is desecrating the "holy" (in the sense of pure) original which was composed by JSB.

Wow , what a tragedy ( of bad taste ) to be so narrow minded in music! JS Bach was also an improvisor, and this work is beautiful.
