We handed them in personally. When you submit for grading you declare the value of each card. So they can work out the insurance cost for mailing them back.

@@mushroomThumperin this case we indeed did, while we were there, but you can of course always send in cards. the process is fairly easy. the site takes you through it step by step.

you should grade some cards at the next ascanrask tournament, jimmi, because of the special label! 😁🙏🏻👊🏻

@@NerdAndProudOfIt i agree fully!! Love strict grading… just sent a 13 card order to Florida this morning! I only have one 10 (10/9.5/9.5/10) mirror realm.

@@NerdAndProudOfIt I got so excited last night watching your graded cards. Looked for a binder for the slabs. I ended up ordering a gem loader binder. I really hope they fit as I recall the PCG slab is alitle taller than BGS.

thanks, chase! they are pretty cool, right!? 😃 i’ll be honest with you, chase: i liked the experience, the thrill of getting a good grade back and conserving the cards. besides that they are a memento of the tournament i co-organized, because of the special label. will i grade more? if i pull additional foil uniques, i probably would wanna grade them during Ascanraks chapter two, yes. will i start to grade my mtg cards? probably not. i always have been a player and i wouldn’t want my p9 in a slab, i think. so it really depends on your goal. authentification and preservation in this case, with the high end sorcery cards like the philo stone, is certainly worth a few bucks. i personally will grade again, but for the right purpose and probably not on a larger scale 😁👊🏻! hope that makes sense, my friend!

@@NerdAndProudOfIt makes perfect sense. Yeah, unless I get something really high end, like a curio or unique foil, I think I’ll just keep mine in the binder. I ordered an Alpha binder and enjoy filling that up. Take care.
