tbh with the political situation of his "home" country in his games, he's seen the spectrum of men, women, princes, princesses, royalty and commoner bleed for their country. I can safely say he has met all the royals of his time and at minimum respects one… and a female one at that. He's also Ike's accountant so it kinda makes it funnier.

@@twilimessSame voice actor, and the person did a very similar cadence for both cause it's a very similar type of character: an aloof gourmet who doesn't even try to sound normal.
With the way the conversation was set up, “You’re not effected by my cuteness! What’s wrong with you?!” I was almost expecting him to say “I like men.” His vocal delivery is immaculate.
@@Will_Parker i mean I'd like to hope this is partially what this game is for. Echoes did ok, but future remakes might do a lot better if people are curious about the characters.
@@DandDgamer Alm and Celica were no where near as popular as Ike was at the time and even today. Ike won the first FEH poll by a substantial amount, even if the votes were split between his two games.
I wouldn't say no to some Tellius remasters, but at least the games are perfectly playable in their current form (though you've got to emulate them). The games we desperately need remastered/reworked are Genealogy of the Holy War and Thracia 776. Well respected games simply savaged by the passage of time.

@@charlesg213 You can put speedtaker on anyone though and others make much better use of it. I benched him faster than I did Jagen... I had literally 4 straight level ups of just HP for him and on to the bench he went as soon as I had any other character to use.
@Orphim I know people make use of it better. I just got lucky and stubborn with Boucheron. My stat spread with Boucheron right now is probably cracked without stat manipulation items invested. 29 Str, 1 Mag, 29 Dex, 41 Spd (×2speed taker proc), 12 Lck, 21 Def, 18 Res, 19 Bld and 66 Hp. He's not gonna tank normally, but these stats on a switch hitting Warrior works for me.

Meh Ashnard was a real pos, I don't think he'd be impressed sadly. His mother does see him, but doesn't really go after him which was kinda... rude. Like she was all over Pelleas. So, take that how you will I guess. (I think Soren kind of knew because he never speaks to either character but probably doesn't care or want to know either)
@thelossenseishe sadly just kind of ignores him. If you do a bunch of quests she goes over because Pelleas told her too, and she's like "oh.... well thats my son." And leaves without saying anything lol.
I have seen Soren's character in Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn, Awakening and before these lines, only a SMIDGEON of Engage. He's a little different in Engage but oh my god, these make him even more glorious.
kyle mccarley does this character so well that i actually started liking him because of his performance here being a 9s fanboy does things to my brain chemistry though tbf
