Really?! Maybe because I was a senior in high school when this came out, and some of the girls wanted to be like them when they went off to college and it was camp. But it’s def one for the books that you can play in the background lol
Say YAS to our Queen, Carrie Fisher. I love her in this AND her cameo in the 3rd film of a very popular 90s horror franchise. No spoilers, just in case...
Sorority Row is a lot of fun, with a lovely cast of mean girls who are a treat to watch getting picked off. Brianna Evigan's smokey voice is to die for - check her out Burning Bright and Stash House. Julian Morris (the killer) is also in the underrated thriller Cry Wolf.
Idk if you guys have ever seen the Step Up movies but Cassidy plays Andy in Step Up 2 she’s a dope ass dancer. I suggest watching that film if y’all are into dance flicks.
I don’t care how awful Jessica is. She’s a bitchy queen with great quips and I live for it 😂 Plus she was the most proactive one and no time for bullshit. Bumping psychos over her her SUV, smacking peoples head into the ground, working an ax. I legit wanted her to live over Maggie (hated her). Ellie annoyed the hell out of me with her crying and screaming whining. But at least she redeemed herself at the end. She needed to knock that shit off though.
i've never been a screamer while watching horror movies but i watched this with my friend when i was like 16? and her family heard her screams from the driveway as they were coming back from a walk 😭
Sergio had the same reaction to the wine bottle scene as I did when I first saw this 😅😅😅. I’m sooo happy you enjoyed this as much as I did, as a gay youth who loved horror this was an instant favorite.
You mentioned this being a TV series, it reminded me of Harper’s Island. It’s not related to Sorority Row, but it was a horror series only 1 season but it was planned that way). I think you both would really like it. And it would be fun to see a reaction on it. It is pretty gruesome and really keeps you guessing. Fun fact about it, only the actor who is being killed in the episode would know about it. They kept everyone else in the cast in the dark so it was truly a surprise each week.
"Oh the bone came out, and not the good one". I loved this first time watch! Keep it up guys, only here for a couple of weeks, but already loving all your content thusfar :)
Julian Morris, who played the killer, is such a hottie. When he got revealed as the killer, I would have joined him. 😅 Like he is a beautiful man, and his husband in real life is gorgeous, too. I would love to see him in more horror movie roles.
Babyyyyy this movie is on the back burner for me until I am gone😁😭😂since I was a kid my family grow up watching this movie ❤️🥰😂now it’s a key to my heart if u don’t know about this movie your missing out😭😭❤️❤️🤞🏽🤞🏽ALWAYS and FOREVER❤️and my everything’s on the reaction too ❤️❤️❤️I think I did something ❤️😁😂😂
Cassidy is played by Brianna Evigan(Step Up 2 & Step Up All In) sis is goat I highly recommend her film ‘BURNING BRIGHT’ shes trapped in a house with a tiger!! .. It’s soooo good !!!!!
The girl that's been in the movie The House Bunny🐰 is Rumer Willis. Demi Moore and Bruce Willis daughter. ❤❤ I love her she looks like her mom. One of her first movies she was in is the movie Now and Then which you two love birds need to watch.
Okay, I never had interest before this reaction, but I now want to see this movie! There have been rumors forever about a sequel and the ending of this makes me want one, but it’s way too late now. 😢
I remember watching this movie over 10 years ago and being utterly gagged by it, it's so incredibly fun and tense, things never really stop moving, I love it. Also I have to say I wish the killer had gotten more love from the public, or at the very least his weapon, to modify a tire iron like that was such a smart idea. And speaking of the weapon, the deaths are sooo good, that bottle one has been living in my head since my first watch, it's so brutal, and reminds me of a little movie called Freaky... lol Anyway, aside from that I must say justice for Jessica! I'll never forgive this movie for killing her off. I just absolutely love bitches like her in horror movies, they look good, read everyone to filth without an ounce of shame, and are pretty proactive, they keep things more interesting and funny, more movies need Jessicas and for them to be a final girl.
I was relatively young when this came out so I wanted to see it but was a Mormon kid so... now all these years later I'm glad I can enjoy it in good company 😅
I’m a new fan who came for the saw movies and binged chucky/screem queens I’m obsessed with everything you boys do keep it up ❤ Australian girly ❤ Ps do grave encounters 2 pleaseeeeeeeee 🙏🏼
I'm very conflicted about this movie. It's nowhere near as iconic as the 1982/1983 (I've seen both stated as the release year, but I believe 1982 to be the correct year) original, but this remake still has charm to it and is quite brutal with its kills. At the very least, any movie that features the Real World San Diego queen Jamie Chung is worth a watch IMO 😂
It looks like your standard slasher movie so it doesn't look like anything special on that end. But on the other hand the modified tire iron as the main muder weapon that's the first time I seen that idea used.
What I never understood about this movie is This & Black Xmas came out in the same era of slasher but more people know of black Xmas and Sorority Row is by far the better film lol .. no shade cuz I love them both dearly
I feel like the guy would be caught with alot of charges if he doesn't keep his mouth shut. He could be charged with (dont know the legal terms) not calling the police after him thinking shes overdosing and straight murder. The girls would be charged with neglect, or an accomplice to murder since they were trying to cover it up. They would all be charged with multiple things while the person who calls the police can plead and get their years shorten. It would've been a wild ride in that courtroom lol. Honestly non of that would've happened if he called 911 the moment she was throwing up but then again these are all dumb kids
I have a movie recommendation for you to react to: QUARANTINE (2008), a very underrated but very interesting Found Footage style horror, with intense, violent and scary moments, you'll like it
