My cover / tutor version of the UNCUT "SORROW" originally performed by Pink Floyd on Oct 20th 1994 and broadcast on BBC/Pay-Per-View. This version was later edited and released on the PULSE Video/DVD.
Shown is the solo at its original speed and then played again slowed down.
Equipment used David Gilmour Custom Shop Stratocaster played through Line 6 Amplifi 150.

Great tutorial, playing and tone. 😀 Finally i see someone playing the Intro and the Outro to Sorrow right, in octaves, with the right picking/fingering. Ive seen so many people trying to play this, but only very few get it right on the intro/outro part.

I really liked this video performance of Sorrow; you definitely have the David Gilmour style and tone down. I know there is an upgraded version, but I got stuck on this one and will now learn the song. I received your guitar tabs, thank you, and will start later today.

@@markstockford9109 cheers for that. It's just a G5 Power Chord. Thumb over the top on 6th string = G. 3rd finger on the 5th string, 5th fret = D. 4th finger on the 5th string, 5th fret = G again. 👍

Haha, some slight pitch processing on the vocals but the guitar almost stayed in tune :) I'm criticizing that's borderline impossible to pull through. I dont think Leo had this in mind while designing the 'tremolo'.

David Gilmour is pitch perfect. In theory if his guitar does does go out of tune he can adjust.

The best advice I can give there is not to worry about it. You could play Gilmours entire rig and you'd still not sound like him as you don't have his fingers. Make your own sounds. Have fun. 👍👍👍👍👍👍
