The good old Holden VR Calais that ive had for 20 years has come over from Adelaide to Perth and now we have a shopping list of jobs to do on it.
One of those jobs is to sort out the cooling system thats over heating unload but cruising around town its not a drama.
I start off by having a looking over the system and checking levels.
After finding low engine oil, over filled transmission oil and low coolant we drop the temps.
Then testing the thermostat which tested ok i fitted the new radiator cap which i think fixed some of the problem after that test drive replaced the radiator which we then got a 10 deg difference between top and bottom hose.
With all these fixes ghe cooling system is running sweet now time to move on to the other jobs hope you enjoyed the video 👍
