- 70g Unsalted butter

- 80ml Milk
(牛乳)
- 5 Egg yolks
(卵黄)
- 1Tsp Vanilla extract
(バニラエッセンス)
- 5 Egg whites
(卵白)
- 1/4Tsp Lemon juice
(レモン汁)
- 90g Sugar

- Mold size 16cm

- Bake at 150℃ for 60 minutes

Mine turned out okay. Tried this recipe for the first time using half and half and a 6 inch cake pan. When the cake finally came out, I noticed the cracked top had an air bubble and that the inside had a bit of egg white. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hi Nino! 1st of all thanks for the recipe. As soon as I saw this video pop up in my recommendation, I immediately rushed to my kitchen and searching for the ingredients. All complete except I only had 4 eggs. Nevermind, I just proceed with the baking with my 4 eggs and I put more than 2 tbsp of lemon juice. The come out was FANTASTIC. Still soft, jiggly and very nice taste with aromatic of lemon!

I made this tonight and it turned out wonderfully! It was a little denser on the bottom, so I probably needed to mix better, but the texture and taste was light and custardy. I had it with freshly whipped cream and strawberries and it was fantastic! It was surprisingly easy once I dug up my kitchen scale too lol. Great recipe, thanks!
