Excellent review. You just posed a substantial question to me. I'm from Montreal and I know Corald Addison. I had a couple Riot Kayak. But i'm going to Japan this winter and my plan was to buy a snowboard there, but now I'm reconsidering my decision.
I have a yes greats (also due to goodride’s recommendation) and really likes it. I was lucky to grab a dart for cheap but so far (after a few days) don’t feel it carves any better than greats. So from the point of having a dedicated pow&hard carving board alongside yes greats, is it worth to replace dart with soul shift?
I'm glad the Greats works for you. Let's figure out this dart thing. It should carve massively harder, but it depends on how you set it up and ride it. So if the Dart doesn't work for you, the Shift won't either. You most likely need a completely different type of board. YT is a pretty bad place for advice because I never get the info I need to help properly. I couldn’t find where to purchase this (tried using the link through the Good Ride website but it doesn’t work. I found it on the Soul Waterman website but it’s a 159 not a 157. I’m 140-150 lbs depending how close it is to Christmas. Would this board be too big for me?

They made the nose longer for better float in pow but the effective edge/what you mainly ride on is almost the same. You can always get more info on my site. I was just about to buy a dart, when I saw your review of the soul shift and it appealed a lot to me. In what ways is the dart better. ? You mention that in some ways it’s better. But you don’t specify. And they’ve sold out for f the premium red versions this season. Have you heard of the cheaper white versions are still solid rippers for carving.
