technically i hate this sound rip but i have no desire to finish the second better rendition with dual audio
in short it's out of date and barely meant for the public to look at
it's probably more outdated then a version on my server
this doesn't give you permission to plagiarize my skills on here either but then again that's always been a rule
technically i had put up MK11 sound data for spawn and then gave up trying to organize other characters but they never published either sets on sounds-resource so here's the spawn set 5 months later
there is a possibility that other characters intro data also comes with audio for this character

I'm dying so badly when the narrator continues counting like his life depends on it. And saying their names twice like he's presenting their first and last names. Like Taki Taki, Ivy Ivy, Mario Mario lol

Something interesting I found out today thanks to an FAQ on IGN. In overseas version of the original arcade release of the game (at least Ver. D on the Namco System 246), the narrator is credited to Gary Williams. Strangely, he is credited under the Japanese voice cast, as if he recorded in Japan. This isn't as farfetched as it looks at face value, though, as this is surely just their way of saying that there was an English announcer in the original Japanese arcade release (and there was; it's the exact same guy, same clips and everything). To that end, Cazmo Lukrich (or "Cazmoh Lukrich" if you owned the GCN or PS2 versions) must therefore be this Gary Williams. Tying it all together, there is a notable Bay Area voiceover talent named Gary Williams (Reed Evans, who VO-directed the English cast of SCII, is also based in the Bay Area. The voices were recorded at Annex Digital* with Robert Iriartborde as Recording Engineer) *Character Voice Production is credited to "Reed Evans Productions" in console versions. "Additional Character Voice Production" is credited to Womb Music, which may or may not pertain to the Victor Stone-aliased Kevin Michael Richardson's performances as Heihachi and Spawn (Womb had also been used for Spawn: Armageddon, where KMR voices Spawn under his real name).

Cazmo Lukrich, a hero of his era, like everyone else in San Francisco who contributed to this game, only to disappear without a trace. Thanks for completing the announcer collection and bringing me back to '03.

@@symfonio Honestly I don't think they're the same person. I've come to find that the voice acting fan community for this series was not well researched for III and IV and prone to rampant generalizations. Case in point: Talim being Hynden Walch. If it wasn't someone whose voice was obvious (Michael McConnohie) or whose worklist was an open book (Grant George, Erika Lenhart) or a miraculous chance contact (Patrick Ryan) a lot of people just assumed reprisals for everyone (Sophitia, Mitsurugi, Yunseong, etc.) Listening closely there's subtle differences in the tell of II and III's Narrators, not unlike how the Alexandra sisters had different tells between III and IV (sure enough, III Cassandra is Sue Nelson and IV Cassandra is Heather Halley). When Fire Emblem Heroes came out and I saw Cup of Tea Productions still had Robert Clotworthy in their talent pool I was inspired to ask him since he seemed to go beyond Tekken 5 with them, but he adamantly denied it. I suppose it's not absolutely impossible for III's Narrator to be Lukrich, yet unconditionally assuming a reprisal is why people thought for years that Patrick Ryan reprised Nightmare in IV when it was actually McConnohie, as with Legends. P.S. I'll go ahead and say that I'm not a fan of the theory that the voice of Rock in III is Wally Burr. He wasn't Huang Zhong in Dynasty Warriors (that was actually Dave Mallow), and the role sticks out against his worklist like a sore thumb.

There is controversy behind the VA in SC2. I can confirm it is not Cazmo lukrich , somehow this name is was replaced with the real VA Gary Williams. Would anyone like me to interview the real VA 20 years later? If so let me know what you want me to ask him.

It's unfortunate that the post battle narration was cut/not implemented in the final version. Always thought it was strange this was the only game in the series that was missing it.
