Dieser Bus gehört zur 2011 neu gegründeten "DB Busverkehr Hessen" (BVH) Welche das vormalige Busunternehmen der DB für Hessen (RKH) bis 2016 ablösen soll, im gegensatz zum RKH hat der BVH seinen Sitz nun in Gießen. Das unternehmen ging im Februar 2011 aus der Georg Schulmeyer GmbH mit ursprünglichem Sitz in Mörfelden-Walldorf hervor. Der Fuhrpark besteht hauptsächlich aus diversen Gebrauchtbeschaffungen von so ziemlich überall.

Are you really sure that this ZF6HP602 can support the 1700 Nm of torque that this D28 engine has?

Diego S. R. Yes, I'm entirely sure. I looked in the Vehicle Datasheets since i knew an driver who worked for BVH back then. ;) I didnt believe it either that this Bus has 360hp until i saw it. ^^ At his previous Ownercompany this bus used to pull heavy Trailers (it was an so Called "Buszug") thats why it has the 360hp D28. Thats also why the back Looks so Different. ;)

Well, I know that a D864.x Voith gearbox can install exceptionally on engines up to 1700 Nm of torque, but I've always believed that the ZF Ecomat 2 gearbox only could support up to 1600 Nm (60x). Well, the Ecomat 604 can support engines up to 1750 Nm of torque, but this one was released one year later... Awesome (and lots of thanks for that) information! :)

Diego S. R. Well, at least it seems like it's possible. :D all I know is that this Bus has 360hp and (obviously) Works fine ^^ If i get an Chance i'll try to get some Infos on the Gearbox. ^^
