Good mids & highs with mostly mid-upper bass tells me that it’ll perform better outdoors than indoors, which is just fine by me. I just ordered one off of Amazon that’s discounted from $129.99 to $99.99. For a $100.00 you can’t beat it for the money.

Sending mine back my motion boom way better controlled they should have given it ldac and 2 tweeters with original drivers

I think you need to give a better chance. I was used to the boom as well. I have 2 of them so ive experienced the tws mode which is awesome. I have the pluses too They go very loud together. the boom 2 can do party cast so i can hook up all 4 together. So at first i would say the boom has some higher vocals and clarity BUT after tweaking the eq im pretty happy with it. I can now honestly say its better than the boom . Both of them suck on the soundcore signature mode that almost every reviewer shows. Create your own and get some clarity and vocals out of it and also get a third party eq to really turn it up and youll be amazed.
