SoundFonts for Guitars on iOS - a Short Demo 

I've used BS-16i for about 3 years, KQ Sampei just in the last 6 months, and only to limited degree. They both come with their own general MIDI soundfont libraries, which I suspect are different, but you can load your own in each, which is what I generally use. So you can load any instrument you like. KQ Sampei supports SF2 and SF3 (not SFZ), and BS-16i says it supports "SoundFont / DLS." You can check the AudioBus forum for lots of comments on them. In my limited experience, I've found that KQ Sampei tends to react better and more consistently to MIDI input from other apps in AUM, and also has a lot more options to tweak the sound and allows filtering of specific MIDI commands, so I'm favoring it right now. Plus, I like the look and the layout of it more then BS-16i. If you're looking for a MIDI player to load up some high quality multi-instrument MIDI files, then I would say KQ Sampei is the hands down winner.

It's fantastic. A great value for the price. One of the best guitar apps on iOS.
