Lol thx for your comment. I thinks its probably most drummers dream given how loud acoustic drum are. It came at a price but will hopefully last forever and enable me to play day and night should I wish :)

Hey thanks for checking it out Wylie. No I followed a plan. It comes flat packed. For an additional £200 the guys will build it for you. If I was to do it again I’d absolutely do this! Lol it’s not completely sound proof but if it’s going inside another room as you can see is barely audible. Small amount of vibration downstairs which can barely be heard when the tv is on. I’ve since moved it down into the garage and put insulation and an acoustic curtain on the walls and it is now 100% soundproof inside the house and outside on the driveway. I put 4 layers of carpet underlay under the pod keeping it off the concrete. Hope this helps. The room is 8ft x 7ft. If you check out some of my newer videos it now has lighting and recording gear. It was a little tight so ended up selling my floor Tom. 😊

No they are dense single panels. Double wall would be ideal. I suppose it’s technically a room inside a room given the bedroom walls being taken into account 👍🏻

Hi mate yes they do custom sizes to whatever you wish. They also do higher sound isolation as well. I have the silver Kube but they do a Gold (which I couldn't afford lol) Mine is 2.7m x 2.5m and was £9k

Hi Simon I got this from Kube Vocal Booths. It’s the silver booth. It’s 2.4m x 2.1m Cost £8,600. Very heavy and took 3 of us to carry the panels upstairs. Everything you see was included. If you’ve got a bit extra dosh get the air con option cos it gets hot after an hr lol I love it. I can now play day and night 😊👍🏻

Drum Club very useful video. Thanks. I'm in the U.K. and looking at Kube's booths as an option. How is the volume for the rest of your family elsewhere in the house whilst you play? Did you have to do any extra work to the room that it is in?

@@rickyeastwood7667 hi Ricky. No other work was done to the room other than I putting some acoustic draft tape under and around the door to the bedroom. I have a solid bedroom door that helps. As you can see from the video with the door closed to the master bedroom my wife could barely hear anything. When she’s watching tv in the bedroom nothing at all. I have a 4 year and I play at 10pm without waking her.the only place it can be heard is directly underneath in the lounge. Again with the tv on its fine. More importantly the neighbours can’t hear anything either on the street or in their homes. I have the silver booth. The gold will be even better but the cost was too high for me. Other advise was it took 3 men to carry the panels up the stairs. THEY ARE VERY HEAVY!! Looking back if I was to do it again I would absolutely pay the £200 for installation!! Drum Club thank you so much for your help. There are so many companies making similar booths now, its hard to tell which ones legitimately isolate the sound of drums well enough but it's great to get your first hand experience on the kube ones

Also how close to your neighbours are you? Only ask as I’m moving house and thinking of getting something like this

Oh dear!😲 that would be annoying. Thankfully no such problems my end. Really pleased. Although not completely soundproof as you can see with the other doors closed its virtually undetectable day or night. I don’t do serious studio recording just drum covers so can’t really comment on that side of things 👍🏻

Hi Steve, I don't have an above. The sound in adjacent bedrooms was horrendous before the pod came. Downstairs in the lounge is ok. Its sounds muffled kind of underwater sounding but with the tv on its not noticeable.

Soundproof enough for me 😊👍🏻

I built a room within a room and I use the term "sound reduced" as it's not 100% sound proof, but very good sound reduction.
