Do you have more than one location (because the entrance at 9:31 looks nothing like the front of the bakery shown a few days ago where customers were coming in to buy bread) or do you have more than one entrance?
We have 3 different locations around the Phoenix Metro area: Downtown Mesa, the 51 & Shea, and Litchfield Park. This video was filmed in our Mesa bakery.
Lack of availability of bannetons, massive cost difference. Minimal change to final result. Bannetons are now for our breads featuring our own milled flour.
@@ProofBread Good to see. I also purchased a few as bannetons have gone up in price so much. But I use liners, I was afraid the dough would stick otherwise, but I will try without.
