Awesome boys!!! I just finished my first sour mash here in East TN. Made 5 generations, stripping runs each time. Then a spirit run on an alambic still. Turned out amazing. I'll try the added rye next time. Thanks for that. I did add a little (1/2 lb.) Karo to each run to get a hint of vanilla, and that works.
