In this short video, step 2, I am showing how much sourdough starter I use and how much I feed it. In the summer time, I feed my starter once in the morning and once before bed. In the winter time, I feed it only before bed or in the morning. Sourdough is very sensitive to temperatures and will ripen faster in warmer weather and much slower in colder weather. #sourdough #sourdoughbread #sourdoughstarter
