I'm so looking forward to making these. I have a sourdough starter that is being used for my weekly bread baking so this would work perfectly.

That’s awesome! Besides bread, waffles are my favorite way to use sourdough. So easy to make (except for the waiting) and just delicious.

I’ve made these several times! Omg! Delicious! I served with strawberries and whipped cream! They were a hit! And they freeze well too! Just throw in the toaster for a couple minutes and serve!

Olga, thank you for the recipe, I tried it, and they turned out crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. Definitely keep the recipe and do it again. Also, they are not heavy on the stomach
