-Let's put 1 kg (up to 7.5 cups) of flour on it, there is one glass of Siyese and yellow wheat flour in it, you can add another, If you are going to add Rye flour, reduce the water a little more.
-Let's knead the three Ingredients for a few minutes and let it rest for 1 hour.
- after 1 hour, add two teaspoons of salt and a tablespoon of water and knead the dough until the consistency is good, 5 minutes with a machine is enough if you first do it at medium speed, then at high speed, the dough will recover nicely. If you are going to make dough by hand, you can hit your dough on the counter and throw it forward and knead it

-It cooks in about30 minutes you can reduce the oven setting close to cooking to 220 or 230° and cook a little more
