there are two variants of sauerkraut

if you want another variant:
in a pot of 7 l of water put water to boil, remove from the heat and immediately add all the salt and it is 2.5 kg when the salt is dissolved in a bucket of 10 l of cold water add a little salt water, mix and pour over the cabbage..and again bucket of cold water so add salt water .... and so on until the salt water is consumed
you will not make a mistake no matter how you put it, because it keeps the cabbage during the winter, but it must not be too salty cabbage and it must not be too unsalted for us.
