I stand to be corrected by that is the information I have..

Are there gated communities? Check the other videos in this channel, they've taken the effort to show a few. There are hundreds across the country. Black owned - an emphatic yes, some of them are indeed. Black owned apartments? I'm hard pressed to believe there could be a genuine assumption that this would not be the case. Black owned apartments... as in units or sectional titles? In a country with over 60 million people - not 1 apartment unit owned by a black person?? Impossible. The absurdity is evident. No need to really address this one. Apartment blocks or buildings - same thing. Thousands. We have a Deeds Registry service that can easily verify this, if you're really interested in finding this out. Malls - generally tend to be owned by corporates or consortia property developers rather than individuals, and a lot of them have black shareholders, albeit a small cohort that tends to centralise great wealth in the hands of a few, rather than broad-based (a global problem, I might add). Altogether quite a common but strange set of questions, as they seem to betray a sense of bewilderment that black people could obtain property ownership. It's a strange premise. It would make more sense to ask the extent of black ownership and within what context this has been achieved; the constraint to achieving more, as well as the odds that have been defeated in achieving this.

@@Bbb-ml4gb SunnyPark is owned by Rebosis which is a black owned company chairman is Sisa Ngebulana, Mdatsane mall rebosis baywest mall, Hemingway's mall forest hill mall, Ngebs Mall mthatha etc owned by billion group all these mall are owned by black South Africans and most other blacks will have shares in other malls
