The MAIN PROBLEM & MOST ENOYING with New World & Pak n Sav is being owner operated is the stock on the shelves can be different as the owners sell what they want. What's at one store might not be at another.

Pak n Sav and New World are both the same really as they are both owner operated under the Foodstuffs banner but Pak n Sav is more unpacked and display. Countdown is wholly-owned by Progressive Enterprises which is Australian and more higher end.

Enjoyed the video thanks. What we loved about NZ is that they have (or had?) one type of electrical plug. Not those silly two point plugs in SA. K-Mart reminds us of the Mr Price group and The Warehouse a little of Makro. But Makro has definitely changed in that it's not cheaper to buy bulk anymore. Also they don't seem to have the variety that Warehouse has. We used to find the variety of dairy products in NZ so amazing. Can you please show whether there is still such a big variety in yoghurts and Ice Cream flavours? Thx😀
