yeah other channels focus too much on language and asking the same questions over and over... that information is quite basic knowledge. This video is quite entertaining even if not super shocking information but at least it's more unique.
they make better groups, i think they analyze every participant personality and pair them together with others that match them, so even if the themes arent the most interesting the video will end up being better because the group dynamic is more fluid. I believe that's why they have multiple representants of the same country

The football one nearly gave me an aneurysm as a diehard women's football fan hahaha especially when the USAmerican said that she didn't think the US was as strong as the other countries. Like-- USWNT is the most decorated among all the (women's) national football teams? WHY ARE YOU PUTTING THEM IN SIXTH PLACE? But besides that part, great video! Really enjoyed it! Julia's insights were amazing like always :)
You people should add your main channel World Friends to your channel here and vice versa. Many people not know that you have this channel and I myself have forgot how it's called once for a few months until i found it again, meanwhile watching all videos on the main channel haha
She's an exception though. I'm from Southern Brazil and I have 9 cousins, from father's and mother's side. Some might come up from an uncle that is in his way to marrying though. That was much more common in the 1960's and 70's though, because women had nearly 6 children on average
It depends how you define wealth. If it’s country wealth (which is what’s implied), than Brazil is second place after USA. If it’s per capta you need to specify
I love how Koreans and the rest of the world, besides the US, also see us as Americans because we live on an American continent obviously 🌎 For example, if you are from Germany, you are obviously European, or if you are from China, you are Asian, if you are from Zimbabwe, you are African, and if you are from Brazil, you are American. It’s basic knowledge LMAOO even little kids from other countries know this is a fact
I am Brazilian. For sure not an American! Americans are people from the USA. They have "America" in their country´s name, we don´t. If you want, you can go ahead and call yourself South American or Latin American, but not "American".
@@user-xn6fw5kv6z que argumento falho, parceiro. They named themselves wrongly. United States OF AMERICA (of the CONTINENT america), because they used to think they were alone in America, but they are not the entire America, they are in North America. The name should be United States of North America and they can call themselves north americans; or americans as we all.
@@cameron92jr48 yes, however the video is about North American countries vs South America and it doesn't make sense to have Brazil and Colombia representing South America, and the United States, Canada, Mexico and Haiti in North America. Haiti is considered Central or North America ??and if it is because the numbers of countries to represent the region are not equivalent? this makes the video confusing.
@@Fuckmydaddy when I say I understand you but all South American countries speak spanish except Brazil and culture beetwin Mexico and South American are very similar so what is the interest the goal of the video is to compare the countries in America and also the language differences so tell me what is the interest to have 5 or 6 South American countries speaking the same language

The percent christian for the USA really messed with her home schooled bible belt thinking. It was great to hear how everybody else reacted to her statement at 8:44 with a collective... "No." When the result of 71%, slightly more than Canada came up, her expression was priceless and hopefully enlightening for her. It is like everyone else knew but her which speaks to her upbringing and world awareness overall. Very educational for everyone.
Its a lot of differences, if you look at GDP per capita nominal Mexico have a higher number, but looking at GDP per capita PPP Brazil is higher, its a close number anyway. And GDP only Brazil is far ahead of Mexico and also ahead of Canada "Wealth" is a very relative term, like, there is a lot of indicator to look for, the show should expecificate which one is it
It is crazy that Brazil actually surpassed Canada a few days ago in Wealth lol (Obviously that does not reflect on the brazilian person vs canadian person wealth)
@@cmnweb Probably because USA still has a shit ton of money but, yes, it's not distributed more equally as it is shown in their Gini coefficient compared to Canada (USA is REALLY bad at this coefficient for a first world country)
@HudsonMesquita.
nothing to do with it, brazil is richer than mexico. Per capita income alone is not enough to indicate the average wealth of a population, furthermore, Mexico exports its poverty massively, which Brazil does not do.
Per capita is crucial; despite having close to same total wealth in the following countries, Mexico's lower population results in a higher per-person income each year of $14,000 compared to Russia's $12,900 and Brazil's $9,700. This suggests a slightly better quality of life in Mexico. This means the Mexican people are producing more wealth per person and there usually indicates their higher quality of life. The Chinese will eventually surpass USA in Total wealth as a country, but their citizens will still be living a lower quality of life due to their GDP percapita.
@@Ivan-jj3lhI don't know, in Brazil there are more than 100 million who earn more than 600 dollars a month in Mexico less than 40% earn 400 dollars and also keep in mind that Brazil is cheaper due to its internal production
No offense to Mexico because that’s our neighbor(I’m from the US), but I honestly thought Brazil’s economy was pretty good. I thought it would be 2nd and Mexico(as well as Canada) in 3rd-ish place.
Here is the ranking of the world’s ten largest economies in 2023, according to IMF projections: 1. US - $26.95 trillion; 2. China - $17.7 trillion; 3. Germany - $4.43 trillion; 4. Japan - $4.23 trillion; 5. India - $3.73 trillion; 6. UK - $3.33 trillion; 7. France - $3.05 trillion; 8. Italy - $2.19 trillion; 9. Brazil - $2.13 trillion; 10. Canada - $2.12 trillion. Source: IMF
The wealth question wasn't well defined, don't know what they were really asking. Was it medium wealth of a citizen? The GDP? Growth? Medium wealth/cost of living?
Very cool and creative video, I hope you guys could do more like that. I think the production chosed GDP per capita to represent wealth, which is the right choice, it makes Mexico be the third because Mexico has way less people than Brazil. If it was pure GDP Brazil would be second. GDP per capita can give you biased perspective, for example China is super rich, but its GDP per capita is just 2K dollars more than Mexico. And even though Latin american countries have a lot of family members, USA still has a culture of having a lot of children (it is part of the "American Dream") and a lot of immigrants still goes to USA (also pursuing the American Dream), while Latin America stopped receiving huge amount of immigrants in the last century. But in both regions people are having less children nowadays. And USA people should watch their Female Football team, they are amazing. And imagine how cool would it be if the girl from Haiti became president someday.
ow, so Google is outdated, sorry, I was just search "Brazil GDP, Canada GDP", and the chart google shows is from 2021@@matheusnogz Now Brazil is $2.126 trillion Canada is $1.919 trillion thanks
Concerning football I think the issue in latino america countries is the same in Brazil, the lack of investment because of sexism around this sport Edit: And some replies here proving part of my point. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They don't even dare to write them in English
Ranking of countries with the largest economy in the world in 2023: 1. USA 2. CHINA 3. GERMANY 4. JAPAN 5. INDIA 6. UK 7. FRANCE 8. ITALY 9. BRAZIL 10. CANADA
Don't really believe the Colombian market is stronger than Mexico's. I did know Brazil had the strongest economy but there's a lot going on in Mexico with ties to the US.
I'm Brazilian and I know that Mexican people are way richer than us Brazilians because their GDP per capita is higher than ours, so they have more money available to their population. Brazil is just not rich enough to surpass Mexico, we produce a lot of richness but we have a lot of people to share the cake.
@@gustavofernandes9856but even with that Mexico is far more cheap for the median citizen and the salaries in Mexico are very high compared to the Brazil ones, you can know that by the minimum salary of each country and the median family income. Brazil is a little expensive btw
Per capita income is not a good measure of wealth. Tiny countries tend to be richer than major influential powers in the world by this measure, just because some very rich people settle there. Therefore, if an island with 2 families of millionaires becomes a country, using this meter it will be considered the richest country in the world. What counts is the country's annual production compared to others, this is the most appropriate calculation.
I fully agree. It is a fallacy to say that one country is richer than another when comparing them only by their respective per capita income. There are other factors that must be observed together to determine this.
Brazilians immigrate to several countries because the Governments of these countries (full of old people) encourage Brazilian immigration, as they know that Brazilians are more adaptable, and are not lazy to work. Besides Brazil also having a lot of qualified labor, Germany is currently the country that offers the most programs for Brazilians to work there.@@enzonavarro8550
