South Downs Way 100 Part 7 - Southease to Eastbourne 

My final recce run for the SDW100 in June was 15 miles from Southease to the finish at Eastbourne running track. Probably the most enjoyable part of the route unless you've already dragged yourself 85 miles along the South Downs, in which case I'm sure you just want it to be over.
