"Two Guys Naked in a Hot Tub" is the 8th episode of South Park's third season, airing on July 21, 1999. The difference between Pip and Butters is that Pip thinks, "Everybody hurts me, it's not fair, but that's the way the world is," and Butters thinks, "Everybody hurts me, well, I guess I deserve it." What is lamer? Good question.

This was the first episode that Butters had an official speaking role. In the previous season on the "Clubhouses" episode, Butters talked in a much different voice, but was still considered as a background character, plus on the "Conjoined Fetus Lady" episode, Butters was referred to as Swanson.

This episode is commentary on the Waco Texas incident where a highly religious complex was raided by ATF because they owned a bunch of guns, yea know in Texas, like everyone else there. A lot of shit when down but many people eventually lost their lives including children due to a fire.

I'm from Britain and I've never seen a game as fun as Pip's one. We only got to dance around the stupid maypole and didn't even fall over laughing at the end. Stick and Hoop was an absolute BANGER though 🔥

Yeah. If my memory doesn’t betray me, this is the first time Butters has any relevance for an episode. I don’t remember if the movie was before or after this one, but in that movie, his only one participation was holding a flag. Lame.

This episode is part of a trilogy, one of the others is the one with Cartman and Cat Orgy and Kyle and Ike at Jewish Camp. And the ATF/FBI, its a parody of Waco ascthey botched a a raid and got people killed.
