Ingredients:
4 chicken thighs
1 tbsp of smoky paprika
1 tsp of onion salt
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of celery salt
1 tsp of chicken stock powder
And of course, some glug-glug of olive oil for that perfect crisp!
Pepper
Homemade Ranch
½ cup sour cream
½ cup buttermilk
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
1 tbsp dill, chopped finely
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 tsp sugar
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper

I follow Steph on Facebook! I also do a seasoned chicken cutlet in the Airfryer but I just pop it in a container and sprinkle salt, white pepper, nutritional yeast and garlic powder on it and leave it til the next day before air frying skin side down (no oil needed) for 8 mins a side at 180 degrees and then flip over and air fry for another 8 mins skin side up for perfect crispy rendered chicken skin and juicy succulent chicken thigh on the bone. I let it rest for 5-10 mins so delicious

I also keep the seasoned rendered fat in a jar in the fridge to start off rice or any dish for dinner. You only need a teaspoon of it mixed with a bit of vegan butter or normal butter (my son is dairy free) or a splash of neutral oil. Makes rice so much more flavourful (think hianese chicken rice)
