I smoked some on my big green egg today. I followed the recipe and they were delicious. I think next time I’ll cook mine a little longer so they will be softer. Grilled a steak and had some corn on the cob. Great recipe, thanks for sharing!!

Hi Craig! Im so far behind watching Videos..So I apologize. These Green beans SO remind me of how my Grandma used to make hers. She'd pick the green beans from the garden and slow cook them on the stove with bacon and vinegar and they were amazing. Yours are a level up because because you put them in the smoker! Great job my Friend. Now Im craving these!
