For a 2 quart (2L) Donabe
Soup base:
1.5 Tb sesame paste
1.5 Tbs mirin
1.5 Tbs sake
1.5 Tbs miso
1.5 cups dashi
½ cup soymilk, warm
Ingredients:
1 negi (white parts only )cut diagonally
1/4 of nappa cabbage, sliced into 2 inch strips
1 small lotus root, 1/4inch thick slices
4oz (113g) shimeji mushrooms
6 Shitake mushrooms, stems removed
1 medium carrot, sliced diagonally
3oz (85g) Firm Tofu, 1/2inch thick slices
6oz boneless skinless salmon, sliced large bite sized pieces
