Guy who created server and character who was in charge of entire PD for 6-7 years straight: "Lol you dumbasses wrote all your new laws wrong you need to put Los Santos and Blaine County or San Andreas" Cornwood and Slacks: "Damn you're right, we should fix that." Entire rest of the PD and DoJ: "FUCKIN OPEN FIRE HE'S A GOD DAMN TERRORIST STARTING A WAR!!!"

Ultimately the law is whatever a judge says it is, regardless of the exact wording in legislation. So even if common sense and a plain reading of the statutes backs him up, it's the DoJ he has to convince.

that's how it was in 3.0, BCSO were supposed to only patrol up north unless units were needed in the city... literally was in there name to for both departments, Blaine County Sheriff Office and Los Santos Police Departments... you can have one city council run both departments but the current wording of the law that are again current enforced they can't.... that's literally what he's been trying to point out

If this gets accepted as true and theyll retrospectively remove charges from past crimes affected, x will finally be innocent from his first felony… lol
