Spätzle alla carbonara with bacon and lots of parmesan, garlic and eggs, charcoal-burner style

Ingredients for the spaetzle
400 grams of spaetzle flour or steam or wheat flour
200 ml water
6 grams of salt
4 eggs
4 liters of water with 2 tablespoons of salt for cooking spaetzle.
Other ingredients for all carbonara:
3 egg yolks
2 eggs
200 grams of bacon
2-3 cloves of garlic
175 grams of Parmesan
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
