This is a short maiden flight video of my 3d printed radio controlled Eagle transporter based on the main iconic craft on the 70's show Space 1999. All Music was composed by me on Garageband.
Thanks Victor, it's from a stl file online. I altered it in cad so I could install my electronics and lipo batteries in etc. I then 3d printed all the parts and then assembled it.
Thanks mate. I think my camera man was hungover or something as he was struggling to keep the eagle in shot. I will have to sack him and get someone more experienced/professional.
make a 20 foot turbine compressor blade. At this radius , higher air speed is possible. 1/5 Vo. Use as a partial rocket first stage, needs testing. F = 1/2 W^2 m . m is mass of blade. m=pound/32.174 W is radians/second.
Excellent! Where'd you get this? I had a 3 foot plastic version of the Eagle, when I was a kid. Space 1999 was a great show too! I have no idea what ever happened to my Eagle, but I believe my mom had given it away, as she used to give my gently used toys to families/children, that were less fortunate. Wish I still had it, but I'm okay if it went to someone who appreciated it as much as I did :-) I'm gonna have to look for one online, but I can only assume that they're expensive as all H^LL Nice video and flight! So many cool things that we can accomplish with FPV and this only gives me more ideas to make things fly. Haha!!! Last question is... "Now watcha' gonna' make fly next" ?
I printed it all on my Ender 3 pro. Modified all the files to accommodate the electronics. It has Hglrc f4 flame V2 fc, 4 spedix hv30amp esc's, small eachine vt02 vtx, micro camera from banggood and a flysky receiver. All running of two turnigy 1300 bolt V2 lihv 4s lipos running in parallel.
