Absolutely! That feeling never goes away either - everytime you build something it's an amazing feeling, and then about 10 minutes later you've improved upon it further, made it more efficient or nicer looking... I just wish I had a better understanding of programmable blocks to really get stuck into it!
Dunno if you spotted what looks like a new small large-grid tank. These new blocks, man… I’m more excited about this one image than I was about the warfare 2 dlc. Especially the T-junction conveyors, and the corner slopes that terminate in a half-block. 😃😃😃👍🏻
Do you mean the tanks on top of the blue building, or the one next to the round-conveyors? Either way, they look like the small hydro / oxygen tanks, no? Or are they a slightly different model, I can't tell? It's been a while since I built them - you know me, I love small grid :D I think my favourite part is going to be the new round neons - they look incredible! And now that we can do them in Small-grid too? I don't say this often, but I'm downright giddy!
It came out just today but I doubt it. Don't get me wrong it's a solid update, but the most game-changing thing added was a small grid 1x1 advanced rotor.
Yeah, that's one I didn't spot - probably not a block I tend to use all that often, but mostly because I forget to build defences most of the time, haha :D
Pretty sure under the walkway on the right there is a full block airvent which should be very useful assuming it has full conveyer access on all 5 other sides. There's also quite a few new catwalk/railing models on display here, in addition to the ones you mentioned, the catwalk along the building middle right at the top of the stairs seems to be half size with railings on both sides. Unfortunately the cargo container is just new textured armour panels with neon joints. Still looks cool though! Initially I only had a lower res version of the image and I thought the plushies were new belljar style lights XD
I hadn't even seen those half-block catwalks - nice catch! I'm loving all of these, can't wait for the stream later today! Also, I did notice the vent, and it was originally part of the video, but after closer inspection I removed it because I think it's just the normal vent. If you look to the left of it you can see half of a light-armour block, next to the full block new passageway, so I think it's just a trick of the eyes unfortunately - a new full-block air vent would be sweet! Ahh, well at least you'll be able to binge the stream whilst playing! It's like Christmas, without the need to wear itchy sweaters and spend time with annoying family members :D
While you were highlighting the curved windows I saw inside one of the new hatch blocks but instead of the wheeled handle it had a round window in the center.
Thanks for the comment! Unfortunately I'm not seeing where you mean - are we looking at the large-grid round windows in the background, or the ones on the floor near the cargo container thing?
@@FatMiddleAgedMan I think he is right. The round glass building next to the large grid neo (round) + junction block. The hatch inside that room has a black circle where the wheeled handle is suppose to be.
Ahhh, okay! Good spot :D I thought it was just the Concrete texture, but after a second look now I'm not so sure... Hopefully a new texture if not, it does look nice!
