Hi Mr. Watkinson! I found your videos tonight while I was scrolling through RU-vid, just wasting time before I go to bed and work the next morning. I’m 21, and I started learning how to play guitar last November. I go to a lesson every week, and I practice for about 20 or 30 minutes on my lunch breaks, as well as my two 15 minute breaks; about an hour spent total in the day. This performance is the flip-side to Capt. Hadfield's. While Chris remarks upon the blue Earth as a beauty, your performance revealed such a deepness in the lyrics. "Planet Earth is blue... there is nothing I can do." A somberness that befits the original author, yet the clearness in the performance almost brings peace to the tragic lyrics. Thank you.
