This house is ridiculous! I love every single room, and decoration you picked out. It was like a real life IKEA catalog. :) I wish the video was an hour long, so you could show all the details of each room.
So nice and so sunny! A family working together can make any space work! I love the canvasses. They make your home look magazine worthy! I'm very happy for you all!
I really love this! What a cozy place. I think this is the perfect sq ft for a family of four. People do not need huge houses. It just means more stuff. I love what you did with the kids rooms. Super!
Dude u are like the best mom! I would have loved my room and play space if I had that as a kid!! Great space saving ideas and I love how you decorate! Truly gorgeous home :)
Oh thank God! She's back!!!!!!!! Boise, ID??? That should be a nice culture shock from North Carolina....lol Your house is soooooo cute and cozy. You have utilized your space very wisely.
I love the commercial at the beginning of this video. Or advertisement, which ever everyone calls it. LoL.... You are great, thank you for the advise. Your little girl is a spitting image of you. Very cute family. Again thank you for sharing.
I love her small house but I heard she was building a bigger 3600 sq ft home so all you haters can stop saying wierd things, she'll be living in a mansion soon!! Can't wait for her new video tour!! But at the same time, I so love your house Collin, I hope your new one will have the same enchanting charm, there is just something really homey and special about your small home. Love your style!!!!
Wonderful, creative use of space - - fun, colorful and a creative use of a small home's space - - so that the family can both have individual space and together space -- - so very well thought out Thank you for providing inspiration for what a family can do to have quality of life - - and be downsized!
Love this video! I myself have been planning on moving out and these ideas are great! Because I'm only 22yrs old so my first place will probably be small.
Congrats on the new home! It looks like an awesome house! Thanks for sharing your ideas with us. You and your husband really know how to utulize your space. I also agree with you on the old used hardwood flooring. That's how I like my floors all through the house! I hate carpets!
Whoa! Love your new cameraman and the design that went into your new home! Even the framing and closeness is great. I bet you have a new editor and filming on a DSLR.. love it keep it up!
Wow your home is beautiful! I love the colors and how well you used the space you have. I wish I had a play space like that too when I was younger. AWESOME!
How much did it cost to do the attic rooms?? That's awsome. I have 5 kids in a very small 3 bedroom home and the attic would be awesome to add rooms into.
So exited to see a new video, Collin! I've been bummed out for months now!! LOL....your videos are my FAV to watch on youtube! Love me some Hip2Save!! ;)
What a cute house!!! You really did a great job decorating, it looks very cozy! One thing I can't figure out though - how the heck do you change the sheets on those beds?!
beautiful home, enjoy your space. I wanted to know the name/brand of kitchen storage/table you have in front of your sunny window. I tried looking for it on Ikea but with no luck. Thanks for your help.
Lovethe new diggs Colin! You are the master of making small space work, lots of great ideas! but I am curious to know where you keep your stockpile also and I am sure you had to get rid of a lot of treasured items, (or are they just in storage...lol!) Thanks so much for sharing, hope you will take us out to see your new surroundings and maybe buy a few items soon. God bless you!
You have an amazing home!! And the kids secret upstairs area is awesome! I wonder what will happen when they become teens, lol. I wonder how often you have to get the kids down from there? It's must be tiring climbing up the bunk bed then to pull yourself up into the attic, lol.
I love the choice of colors, the furniture from Ikea and the attic. It's a pity that the play area would be blocked for the other kids if your son(knock on wood) would fall ill, since the only way to get there is by climbing on his bed? But overall it's great, by comparison my house looks bland and boring, oh well.
Growing up my bedroom was smaller than the "closet" that Piper has. How can you call this child abuse?! Those kids are obviously well taken care of. What an adorable house!
Wow! Your house is so cute and sweet. So sorry for the poster who totally bashed you! As Americans over the years we think we need more and more space! WE don't. They weren't paying att'n if they think that was a dirty plank with paper towels attached - that was writing paper. And you only need a bed in a bedroom - they had that awesome "secret" place upstairs. So sad that spoiled people think a really nice bed, loving parents, a roof over head and playspace is child abuse.
Michelle Rodriguez There are prob a bunch out there, but heard her mention IKEA... That being said, this is a nice one.. ESP for $39 bucks.. (even remains, as a shelf, when closed.. which is neat) :) Hope this helps! (as did.. google) HAPPY SHOPPING.. www.ikea.com/us/en/catalog/products/30180504/
