I love spaghetti squash! I always poke holes in it with a fork, set it in a baking dish with about an inch of water, cover and microwave for about 20 mins. So easy.

Tip: if you poke a few holes and microwave it for a few minutes it will be way easier to cut into and rhen bake.

I love using spaghetti squash and you can even substitute pasta for spaghetti squash as the noodles and use your favorite pasta sauce and what have you and it’s a perfect meal.❤
