Italian chefs can be quite fanatical about cooking style and ingredients used. Gennaro is free from cursing chef, non judgemental and work well with other chefs like Jamie Olivier. Watching his channel is very entertaining too. Love this chef.

Omg watching this remind me I have not eat crab meat for soooo long! Back home in Borneo it is so easy to get and cost almost nothing. Now in Rome, Italy i rarely see crab on sell in supermarket. And quite expensive.

Yummy. Did he develop the sauce from the portion that is the big round shell--the brain part? It looks like it had a lot of richness in it! Such an efficient way to make one crab last for like 3-4 people.
