I love spam and eggs. You're right about not adding salt. The spam has all the salt you need. I use reduced sodium spam. It doesn't get salty when you fry it. That looked good. All it needed was some hot buttered toast with peanut butter and a glass of OJ.

Here in the UK when I was a child, we used to eat Spam fritters. This was spam fried in batter, like you would fry fish for fish and chips. Spam fritters, fried eggs, fried onions and french fries. And don’t forget the sauce. Chop sauce or Tomato sauce. Lovely.

Put it on a warm flour tortilla with avocado and salsa Verde it is so amazing

In Germany we say to Spam Danish breakfast meat, I had never eaten it, I was in a small port town on the Phill,s in the Barrio Barreto, yes, there was a Spam breakfast with eggs, it was very tasty, I like yours Preparation recommendation is really good hmmmmmm.

I just tried "Spam with Bacon" - only 5 percent bacon in it but the bacon flavour was really strong, it was very nice!!! I love frying it too - this looks great!👍

Last week I had to laugh while grocery shopping. The Spam shelf was empty. First time in history that all the Spam sold out. I'll have to keep an eye out for when some stock starts to come back and pick up a couple hundred cans. (kidding of course). Thanks Jim.

i do the same thing but i don't remove the spam after it's browned, i just dump in the beaten eggs and scramble everything together. usually add in some veggies like onions and mushrooms with the spam, no salt, just black pepper.. for a full can of spam use a dozen eggs for 3-4 people. goes well with rice, hash browns, toast or flour tortillas and salsa. you could add cheese but it's rich enough without.

Just a tip: make sure your pan is hot before adding ingredients, especially eggs. If your pan is hot enough you don't need much oil at all.

Quick tip when spam doesn't want to come out stab the back of the tin and it will come out faster

Love Spam. Had to go out and get some, so different. I use my CS wok for eggs a lot. It’s well seasoned, eggs slide around. I even use my 14” wok to sear salmon, no splatter on the stove. Is your cute dog a full Chihuahua?

What’s the seasoning you used? It has pepper, sugar, onion, and garlic? Really? It’s Johnny seasoning or something, right?

You should try this with Salami it is fantastic!

Im in day #12 of NYC lock-down, We have been using unusual combinations, we ran out of fresh stuff after 4 days, refrigerator is near empty, I am hording my few eggs we have left for recipes that call for eggs. , we are attacking the freezer now, cans and dry goods next, we have 2 cans of corned beef hash, and 2 cans of corned beef. they sure will become dinner soon. I do have a chuck steak frozen, going to use your crock pot method, it was a winner before, and under these circumstances it will be like 5 star fine dining.
