Finally someone said the correct phrase for "I love you all." A lot of Filipinos teach the wrong phrase to foreigners (mostly celebrities). You say "Mahal Kita" to one person. If you want to say it to a lot people, the correct phrase should be "Mahal ko kayo" (or "Mahal ko kayong lahat").

Marta, soy filipino y hablo español, pues bien. No existe el idioma filipino sino idiomas filipinos. Para mí, la lengua nacional es español. El tagalo fue impuesto durante los años 20 para quitar de la influencia extranjera. Pero es contraproductivo hacer eso porque el español es nuestro también y la base de nuestra identidad filipina.
6 лет назад
en castellano se considera al Tagalo un idioma equivalente al idioma filipino es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idioma_filipino

Tarantado from the root word "taranta" (panic, hasty, clumsy) and the suffix "do" which is male in gender. If the doer of the act is a male, you say "do" at the end of the verb/adverb but if female, you say "ra" or "da" so tarantado literally translates to a male thats so panicky, clumsy to the point that he is already doing stupid things

Tarantado was originally Italian, referring to their Dance "Tarantella" with unpredictable movements. The Spanish used the term in that connotation. When they explored South America and noticed people bitten by a large spider assumed the similar movements of an Italian dancing the Tarantella, they named that Spider "Tarantula" and acting like a "Tarantado". Let' stop putting blogs that exposes lack of intelligence.
