@@SiamBoxing Man. It is called hard sparring. 90 of sparring is light or flow sparring anyways. He may be a bit too serious but at least it seems like they respect each other. no one is scared and develops bad habbits of being scared tbh. this seems like a good training enviroment. More fun is good a lot of the times to train new things and feel comfortable but I like training with serious people maybe even more. I'd love to train with them when my camp is over and I'm done with my tournaments by the end of this year.

@@user-qq6lm4br7s אני לא חושב, לא ראיתי אותו חוטף הרבה, It seems like he comes from a karate background of some sorts probably Kyokushin and it's probably a habit he picked up from there, I have the same background and tend to drop my hands too but you can make up for it with good footwork and distance which seems like he's doing and when he can't do that he covers up well

This sparring is perfect. They are sparring people of equal level and skill. Each fighters have there own style and control there shots after they throw. These guys need this if they want to do well in any professional fight. People need to stop being butt hurt about a controlled hard kick or punch, nothing is thrown with ko intention, just with 80% power.

not everyone will share the same opinion but they are going hard but like you say not trying to take each others heads off, and they all have a different style and skill set which is good so you can fight anyone when it comes to fight night.

Thank you!! And definitely!! I’ve been boxing since I was a kid.. won a golden gloves, got a bunch of amateur bouts.. when the gyms open I’d like to find one I could learn the basics..

@@valfrost645 its worth a go, you may find that you really enjoy it, you have a boxing background so that will help lots especially when you can learn to adjust the stance for the likes of muay thai. hopefully you do and let us know how you find the training if you decide to give it a try. thanks

Siam Boxing i had a spinal surgery a few years ago which has affected what I can do but currently my back is doing good and I am amping my training back up. Enjoying shadow boxing, bag work and light sparring but your videos made me want to get more out of my training! Really inspiring content, great coaches and great athletes. Hopefully I can get back into the ring one day at a very low level but if not at least i might still be able to throw some limbs around!

Siam Boxing As i see your boys use the booster bgl v9 and the booster bgl 1v3 gloves too. Which has better padding on the knuckle erea? Im looking for a sparring glove. Thanks man 👊🏽

The first tall guy is very technical, good with his timing and great with his control, he is also very humble, when the other blonde guy got him with an axe kick, he greeted with his opponent for a good shot. he is the kind of guy that I would love to spar with, I am not near to his level, but I feel that I can learn a lot sparring with the likes of him, he is not out there to feed his ego, but to improve himself and others.

Moroccan guy is just not a good sparring partner. Has no fun in there and gets his ego hurt when he’s getting pieced up by a more technical striker

hes a good partner really, yes hes a hard hitting guy but he puts that pressure on thats his style and it helps others as there are many like that in dutch kickboxing. its all love between them all.

Yeah it seemed like hes more of a stand and bang and keep pressure fighter than he is a technician, nothing wrong with that, if the other sparring partner doesnt like it or thinks its too much you can always speak up or just simply match him. We also dont know the weight differences, if the moroccan is 170 lbs and the other partners are in the 200s then his “hard” kicks or punches might be the equivalent of the heavier guys slightly lighter kicks or punches. It did seem like he threw a couple hard strikes there but didnt look like any ill intention

Like to watch your spar videos before i go to gym and then try to use some moves in the sparring. Pleasure to watch, each fighter different style. Personally like the Moroccan pressure style, but its hard to use for me, cause i take too many shots even trough guard :D. Still like it tho.

good sparring all these guys look high level strikers. really the timing and piking shots i can tell these guys spar smart. gloves look like 16-18 oz so i don't think punches will effect a lot compared to sparring with 14 or 12 oz. this is really technical high level stuff!!!

thank you mate, trying to put the best sparring videos out on youtube. this gym is a base for me so will do them regular and you will see good weeks and bad weeks when fighters feel good and when they feel bad its all raw. i think the guy might of done some martial art like karate but he is an established k1 kickboxer.

Morrocan guy has very powerful strikes. I know it looks hard but thats the way the dutch kickboxing style is. They train and spar hard. Love the dutch style.

I personally think the 🇲🇦 guy is a good fighter. For sparring that occasionally tough guy is good to have so that you stay on your Toes. All the guys in the videos are great fighters. The tall guy with the karate-like style is very good! Technically sound💯

This is how sparring should be, you always find hard time with people who never trained. The Moroccan guy would beat the tall guy in a fight because he has more power. The tall is good as well.

my coach always teaches me to stand still and fight your ground if you have even strength and body size as the opponent. but it's a really hard thing to do. he always said muay Thai is no western boxing, just stand and counter....hit hard ps. i think they are just using like 60% of their power but the black dude is like all in lol

Mean sparing.. very skills n fit. Are these guys all pro fighter? Ive been training for 3 years now but hardly spar. I dont think i can survive this type of sparring . Do yous have sparring season for non fighters?

they are professional fighters yes. no need to spar hard its down to the individual it takes time to learn. just keep at it and have fun.

I'm still waiting for the 'hard sparring.' Having trained as an amateur at three kickboxing gyms in The Netherlands, before I took on boxing, I can tell you in all those gyms we were sparring way, way harder. Also much more emphasis on lowkicks, as these are more effective. Those spinning-back kicks and high kicks look fancy, but don't really do much in fights. You might pull off one or two in an entire fight.

@@SiamBoxing I've trained at Kickboxing Arnhem, Bully's Gym and Colosseum Utrecht. I just find it strange that after all these years, gyms in other European countries still don't really copy our style. Even our amateurs spar like wild dogs. Not very technical, but still very hard. That's how you actually build up fighting reflexes. It's not about looking good in the gym. It's about effectively dominating opponents. So mostly fast, hard punching combinations with snapping lowkicks. At the moment I'm actually out of the kickboxing and boxing game and going to start BJJ training in September.

The "Moroccan" guy fought in glory from what I remember, I'm sure he knows what he's doing. Also lool just because you're a pressure fighter does not mean you aren't technical lol. There is a method to the madness if you look carefully. He's probably holding back he's natural power as well. The video is called sparring wars, sooo what did you think was gonna be the content lol

agreed, yes the name describes the sparring. its a mix of styles some are pressure fighters, some move more with technical aspects etc. Ammari (the moroccan) is quite technical its just not his style so much. sparring with a variety of styles gives you the better understanding of a style, like for instance the more technical guys are sparring with a pressure fighter so come fight night there is no surprises when they face one. get comfortable in all situations.

Can you put a female and a male to spar together? It should be interesting to see the difference between the man's power and the girl's speed. Ammari's style would be classed as dutch really, look up dutch fighters or moroccan fighters they often have an aggressive pressure style heavy hands and low kicks. the other guy is quite mixed in his style quite technical and unorthodox

Why is everyone bashing the guy from Morocco, he's sparring right. Almost full power to the body, but not to the head. Never saw him throw a real power shot to the head. Those hard kicks and hooks were to the body or the chest.
