Every morning I start my day off with a gallon of red 40 and a bowl of high fructose corn syrup through a straw. Later on for lunch it’s a cup of seed oils and a bowl of processed sugars. For dinner another gallon of red 40 and a bowl mixture of high fructose corn syrup, red 40, processed sugars BPAs, PFAs, and artificial Colors and sweeteners
This guy is the only one who's gonna live to 100 he's so healthy and I'm all for it Edit 1: You guys really don't get that it's a joke, I know that not just eating unhealthy food with make you live a long time Edit 2: Thanks for the likes I've never had more than 211
Well it might be going that way but you never know we all know some healthy people that lived until the age of 40-60 and yet they had a healthy lifestyle so yeah your life is not bought .
Idk if your American or. Not but we have normalized eating so dam unhealthy that when someone tries to show us how bad those cheap foods are we get upset and start talking smack 😅
I drink the S.Pellegrino and its super bomb. The only thing is I use the plastic bottle instead of glass because it's more portable, and I don't have to be afraid it might break when I'm on the go.
Who thinks he should go to the uk? Here we have no red 40, no yellow 7, extremely little brands with artificial colour or flavour, most is natural, and I think he would be pleased to see our ingredient lists.
Your videos are so helpful! Ever since i started watching you 1,337 hours ago I have dropped my weight all the way from 420 pounds down to 69 pounds. Keep posting this golden knowledge!
Bro, i grew up drinking out of a garden hose the only thing we use to care about was make sure the dog didnt pee on it smell the end and then your buddy would force water down your nose
Yeah I did that s hit too as a child, we all did dumb unwise stuff as kids. But now as a grown man, especially one that is a natural bodybuilder, avoiding excessive plastics in my water is essential. Drinking water that has been baking in the sun in a plastic tube is literally insane to do as an educated adult male. Are you really going to base your health advice on what kids do bro?😂
@Bolt your comment lets me know you're a liberal beta male, who is in the comment section on youtube, while his wife is out on a date with her other boyfriends. i dont argue with the likes of you, and i dont comment on other people's comments unless it's under my own because that's what men do.
@@alexm8088 it’s becaus there is this RU-vidr that talks about fitness and he always talks about how Leon Edwards has the perfect physique. But this is not that RU-vidr😂
The last 2 options are ok, but both the S pellegrino and gerolsteiner have considerable amounts of fluoride in them. the natural levels of fluoride commonly found in fresh surface water is 0.05 ppm, so that’s what you should aim for. San Benedetto is a good brand to check out
@wilf Fluoride is a neurotoxin, it may slightly improve oral health but nothing noticeable for someone that brushes their teeth regularly and eats healthy.
I usually drink sparkling water and regular water the most you have inspired me to completely cut soda out of my life and when I have the urge I drink sparkling water and I eat less candy and less frequently, I also check the ingredients and sugar and all the info on the back of a product and I feel better so thank you
Not saying your natural flavors aren't actually natural, but searching up the term online shows that its too broad of a term and not regulated, where many companies can include hundreds of different ingredients including solvents, preservatives, and other substances that don't need to be disclosed as long as the original flavor source is that a plant or animal. It's like taking a gamble, which is why I choose not to worry about it at all, and look for products without natural flavora
Topo Chico is undoubtedly the best sparkling water I’ve ever tasted. Nothing even comes close. I like to put in a little red 40 in the plastic container to spice it up, but hey, that’s just me.
