Thank you for Sharing! I've done 6 races but am training for my first Stadion at the Angel Stadium in August here in California. This video was a great glimpse of what kind of obstacles to expect. Aroo!
They definitely do get backed up later on in the day (this was roughly around 12-1ish). This is my 10th stadium race I think? I typically run elite but always do a few fun laps at stadiums with friends
awesome video, looks fun and challenging! any suggestions for first time stadion runners? we'll be at Wrigley in few weeks. oh, i love how you lost count with the ball slams. 😆 lol
Honestly just go out and have fun. Do your best and complete the obstacles that you can, train for the ones that you can't for next time. Stadiums are much different than a regular Spartan in that you're not getting muddy or dirty so you don't need to bring a change of clothes or shoes which is nice. Only advice I can really give is to get used to running up and down stairs ...a lot of stairs
Dude!!!! my team and I did this race too. we are going to do the Super on Saturday 8/10/19 at 508 International 219 Brookfield Rd Charlton, Massachusetts 01507, are you doing this one?
Elites typically complete the stadium races in 25-35 minutes whereas open racers are usually 45 minutes to an hour. The only exception so far has been Dallas which was almost double. In Dallas the elites were finishing 40 minutes to 55 minutes and open was an hour to an hour and a half
