Great works. I found you videos on 2/23/23 and did the exercises. That morning I was able to pick up my rgt front and walk more evenly with the left side. I was able to lift my foot as a walk instead of slinging it. I walk slower, but I am more stable. Thank you for sharing your skills with us. 💘 USA 🇺🇸♥

I have had major swelling of both legs, mostly the lower levels, for the past 8 months. Some say vascular, some say lymphatic. But the pain from the pressure is always there and the circulation is constricted. The exercises I just joined in doing with you made it feel like there was a significant increase in circulation in the entire leg. I then repeated in the other leg. They feel very different, but it's not pain! And there is much less stiffness! Thank you!!!

My leg bends okay when I wake up in the morning it's all cramped up I stretch it out and I get a lot of pain in my hip but it will stretch out and I can bend it and move it I have to use a weight on the bottom of around my ankle
