@@romankonewka7540 I had severe spasms from rib cage down through legs. Took double maximum dose of oral baclofen for three years. Now with pump I am down to just 20-30 mg or oral baclofen and spasms are just a fraction of what they were. As for dr. Bethoux he is a kind, witty and caring man. He takes time with you and genuinely listens and seeks answers for every concern. His staff is just as amazing. Never does an email or call go unanswered.
I've been experiencing this throughout my body for seven months. Now I'm on medications and unfortunately diagnosed. Hopefully the medications will work soon. Thanks for the great information. It's really appreciated. Stay safe my friends.

Research Gabapentin well and make sure that you discuss the risks and withdrawals thoroughly with your doctor before starting the prescription. Especially take care with this medication if you are under a lot of stress or possess potential for psychological instability.
Been having this issue in my legs, back and hips since birth primary on my right side, it really sucks. Am 24 now and its time for a different strategy than just stretches. Am going to meet my physical neurologic next month and hopefully i can get some meds like baclofen or botox to mild the muscles. Anyway informative and nicely information

I've had left foot spasms 24 hours a day for 5 years! I'll be honest I don't know how I've made it thus far! The pain is so intense, my husband says when I fall into a deep sleep it stops but otherwise it endless!!! I wish there was a doctor or specialist out there in this world that could help me!!! I had a fall and ever since the left foot started having the constant spasms...if anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it
I dont have advice other than getting it checked...what type of doc would you see tho...neurologist, physiologist, pain management doc? not sure. but cant hurt to have it looked at. best of luck!
it really does suck. was just on baclofen for a month following spine surgery, and now i am experiencing rebound spasticity with a vengeance. this too shall pass.
